Gagging and diarrhea at the same time

What does this mean....? I woke up at 4 am gagging spit and diarrhea at the same time. Had nothing to eat since 7 pm that evening. ...all this gagging causes pain in my stomach where the large part of the stomach was removed....i am miserable. . I never imagine it would be this difficult.
