Hi there,

I'm rather new to this site. I'm having surgery October 3. I just wondered what other apps ppl use to help with health and surgery? I use this, my fitness pal and run keeper. Thanks :)

Like Lisa Mergs I am a fan of fit bit. Also syncs well with my fitness pal.

I like Sparkpeople and fitness blender for workout ideas or helps.

Has a journal/daily log with a changeable clock for food entries. I just purchased a Garmin vivofit 2, heard a lot good things about it, and it yells at you when you don't exercise enough haha
