Exercise Question

I am 1 week and two days post-op and I have an exercise question. I am really missing my spinning class at the Gym and wanted to go to the next class on Monday. I called my surgeons office Friday, but no one ever called me back and they are closed Monday for labor, so I was wondering if any of you had any thoughts on the matter. Thanks in advance!

We must learn to crawl, then walk, before we can run.

Take your time- you can't rush healing. You will get there. Just not today.

My plan only allowed 20 min. walks for the first few weeks. I think spinning would be too much so early out. Your body needs to heal both inside and out.
