October Sleevers!

Hello!!!

Had my first and only nutrition visit today and also received my surgery date!!! I'm one happy, excited and nervous person right now!

It can't come any sooner!

Any tips on how to prepare mentally for this? Anything that made it easier for you?

Would love to hear everyone's opinion!

    LilReDiva. I know 5 people who are close to me that had it done. 3 are relatives the other 2 are co workers. They all look super , I decided to go to the dr to see if I qualify. Didn't take long to get the approval. Mine is scheduled for October 21. I'm excited. Will be here before you know it.
