If you look hard enough. You can find Bari friendly food. I am 6 mo out. Very tasty. Eating at cat cora kitchen at sfo.

Yup.....very bariatric friendly food can be found in airports.......

I travel alot and def carry my own Protein bars. I find airport food pretty limiting -- sometimes I'll buy a piece of cheese or a small bag of nuts. Don;t be fooled by the "protein drinks" for sale -- they are usually way too high in carbs & sugar!

What you have looks better than my last airport meal. I had to settle for some kind of burrito Breakfast bowl, where I told them just to give me the meat and the cheese.

It really depends on the airport/terminal !

I got SOOO pissed at the hotel I was staying at today. The lunch dude told me I had to order off the main menu with no modifications. This is a 4 star resort in San Diego. At breakfast the waitress let me order 1 poached egg. At dinner the waitress let me order just a chicken breast. I chalk lunch up to a new employee. I do try and express to restaurants and hotels about bariatric needs so it helps for others In the future.
