Egg intolerance and protein.

Having a late Breakfast a few months ago back I developed a stomachache so bad I prayed for death. Told mother in law she said, maybe your egg intolerant. Try to eat them again. So I did. Just some scrambled eggs. Guess what? PAIN CITY.

Over the past few months I have eaten many things that contain eggs. Baked goods, pancakes, waffles mayo etc. with no issue what so ever.

This morning, like a fool, I said to hubby Ohhh eggs! And guess what? That was 5hrs ago and I wanna cry from the pain.

So my question is: will this become an issue dealing with Protein powders and shakes?

Most protein powders are made from milk proteins not egg. Then there are some vegan ones from pea or hemp or soy protein. I think Jay Robb is one of the few made from egg. Just stay away from that as you're fine.
