Every time I drink

I had my gastric sleeve on 8/26, so I am only 3 days post-op. I am currently on phase 2 liquid diet. The problem in having is that anytime I try to drink my Protein shake, it really bothers my stomach and I can't even get half way through it. Cold Water goes down fine. In just scared I'm not getting the required 50 - 60 grams of protein a day I'm suppose to be.
