Is this normal!?

I had my surgery last Monday and day by day its getting better for pain. However, is my stomach supposed to gurgle all day? I also don't drink milk so that has nothing to do with it. I drink all day to stay hydrated and walk what I'm supposed to do. Could it be gas? If so is this a forever thing?

Yup. Get used to it. It's not a bad thing; just a thing.
