Then start making better choices now.

Remember...when eating out it is hard to find healthy choices. Especially at TGIF and especially during their unlimited apps special.

Because of that I study menus online to all of the local restaurants. I know ahead of time what I can eat where (or at least an idea of what I want) best thing..I know the places I have to steer clear of that have no good choices at all.

TGIF isn't all bad, but having a game plan before you walk through the door helps tremendously. It takes the "what can/will I get" out of the question.

Keep your head up and keep moving on :)

Get back on track immediately. It's done - there's nothing you can do about it. Don't beat yourself up. Plan ahead in the future - and next time you are having trouble staying on plan just remember why you're doing this - and stay strong!

Well, that makes two of us. They had the zoo alacarte where lots of local restaurants bring in their best dishes. I had 1 1/2 meatballs of a meatball sub, 3 cheese curds and yes, about 1/4 of a tiny piece of cheesecake. I need my veggies and more protein tonight. It was good except for the cheesecake. It sounded better in my head. Tomorrow is back to my good food.
