I have been off the site for awhile, but need some advise. I am just over a year from my band to sleeve surgery. I have lost over 100 pounds but have been stalled out for the last 3 months. I am excercising minimum of 5 days a week, drinking all my water, and most days meeting my protein requirements. I was able to start jigging in February and doing yoga this past month. I have decided to take a few days exercise respite here before school starts for my kiddos and get back to it on Monday. I know my body is changing, I can see it in the mirror and in my clothes, but man, I want the scale to show it. Words of wisdom? Hints / tips!! Thanks!!!
