@ smith town Long Island with new your bariatric group. I def found it a lot easier when I was at work. I still have to cook for my family . My husband is sept 7. So he is eating all his favorites now. I'm not hungry just having a hard time focusing , I feel like I'm in a fog. They say it gets easier as time goes on . Here's to day 4 !!

Day 4 has been hard. I made a veggie and fruit smoothie with Protein powder for Breakfast I had a salad and chicken for lunch. I'm trying to drink Water to keep from being hungry. We cleaned my 9 year old bead room and play room.

Then I finally sat down and we watched cupcake wars... Probably not the best idea.

Planning to have shrimp and asparagus for dinner.

I'm August 31!! So excited. The nerves haven't set in yet. I'm looking forward to normal blood sugars and blood pressure.
