Walking

Question, I'm walking about a mile in the evenings, not jogging but walking a good clip. My heart rate when I get home is usually between 108 and 120. I'm 46 years old and. .duh, over weight. .lol Is this a good heart rate? I'm right at 4 1/2 weeks post op.

For exerting yourself, yes that's a good heart rate. You could probably find an actual formula from the American heart association about what your heart rate should be based on age and weight if you want to get really specific.
