I would think that your dr can only make a recommendation as to what they think is best. It's your body, you decide. Besides, if it's only "mild reflux" it may not be a problem or it may be treatable.

@@KristenLe I don't think that they will tell you that you can't get the sleeve for a mild case of reflux. I have acid reflux as well, and my surgeon is still letting me do the sleeve and prescribing

So I have not been able to talk to my surgeon since I had my Upper GI. The results show "Mild Reflux". Do you think he's going to want to do a Bypass instead of sleeve? I will be sad if I can't get the sleeve. Anyone have these results and still get the sleeve?
