Severe constipation Gerd Vomiting

Hi All-

I am currently out of town for business and am sticking to my post op diet of mushies for this time. I am 5 weeks post op. I know that I have not gotten enough Water in the last couple of days. I just woke up in the middle of the night in severe pain in my tummy. Ran to the bathroom am having severe constipation after I was finally able to have a bowel movement; which caused me to begin almost throwing up (when water is rapidly coming up) but you are not fully there yet for a full minute. Then that stopped and I didn't fully vomit. Then I started having some Gerd symptoms. Now i had a little bit of diarrhea in addition to all that. Tummy still hurts. Just want to know what went wrong or what did I experience? Was all that from the dehydration? Or did I do something wrong?
