  • I had surgery August 22, 2014 and started vaping in June in order to quit smoking by my surgery. I just tapered down the nicotine in the vape until I was down to 0. Then I lost interest in the vape.

  • Lol no worries I have my vape as well but I just went straight no nicotine my surgery is so close that I'm scared to even have 1 cigg but ugh it's so hard I hate being grumpy lol Sent from my SM-N91

It IS hard! On top of it I was on a medically supervised diet per my insurance. Can you imagine?? Trying to quit smoking AND dieting? It's no wonder I didn't kill someone.

My Dr said I had to not smoke for 2 weeks before surgery, so I basically told myself I could do anything for 2 weeks. Sometime in that process I realized I didn't want to have to go through quitting again and decided to stick with it. I truly hated not smoking for the better half of 3 months but I'm glad I stuck with it. I used toothpicks to get past the hard times in the car. You'll be better for it, but just remember just because quitting feels bad, it doesn't mean it is bad
