Bowel movements

Before surgery i passed my bowels at least twice a day and at least 3 are 4 times a week..... now i don't go without drinking coffee this is so disturbing doctors appointment coming soon i think this is an issue

Anyway.....reduced frequency of bowel movements is something that all wls patients have experienced. We eat less....we pass less through our systems. Also the type of foods we eat is more efficiently utilized by our bodies...at least that's my limited experience with VSG.

Always great to confirm such with your doctor like you are planning.
