2 months 4 days post op

I can say I have zero regrets so far. It gets tough and yes you have to be strong but at the end it is all worth it. Looking good and feeling great has never felt like this. I have lost a total of 53 pounds and I hope to continue on this healthy path.

    May I ask how much u work out? It will be two months for me on the 21st and I've only lost 31. Im so upset and I feel like it's just not working for me. So sad
