I'm 2 weeks post op on a blended diet. (Pourable applesauce consistency). The yogurts small curd cottage cheese and even the protein shakes are causing serious mucus production. I need non dairy ideas! Please and thank you

meat or fish pureed with a small amount of flavorful sauce or dressing and heated up a bit.

Boil vegetables and put them in a blender. Sprinkle lemon juice and black pepper on it and try that for your meals. I used to do that with cauliflower and it came off delicious.

I can and I will.

I made a pureed buffalo chicken (almost like a dip) & ate that a lot during that phase. High in Protein low in fat & carbs. I used either chicken breast or canned premium chicken breast (like tuna), buffalo sauce, blue cheese, & hidden valley light ranch. Puree all of the above together. Yum! Good luck to you

I was eating creamy chicken Soup for like 5 days and had enough. Today I decided to make angel hair Pasta, a can of plain tomato sauce (2g of sugar), with a scoop and a half of Bari Clear Protein powder mixed in, blended it all together in the blender and let me just tell you IT IS DELICIOUS
