Call the waaaambulance!

Pity party for one please.

Some nights I just want to cry. I cannot wait for my body to be good. I'm over this sciatica pain, hip pain, foot pain and toe arthritis. It's so frustrating knowing I have so much to go on my journey but I know in the end the wait will be worth it. I just hate being in pain.

Rant over. Carry on.

I hear ya! Sounds like you're ready for some relief....it was definitely worth it for me....hope you get the relief you need soon!

I hear ya. The main thing that confirmed my decision for surgery is my knee pain.

On the bright side, you're on the right path to get where you want to be, and even though it will take time to get there, it will be so rewarding !

That's the one thing I'm worried about the most. My mommy had to have surgeries on her knees around her mid/late 40's. She's always been a big girl, but she's been consistently doing Water aerobics every single day for the last 8/9 years. She still has to use a walker or a cane, and she's only in her 60's. So, I want to get this weight thing under control now. I love my mom but I don't want to "walk a mile in her shoes".

Also I feel better this morning :).
