Shoulder pain 2 weeks later

Ok so I had a very smooth first 2 weeks post-op with very little pain and no referred gas anywhere. Today, out of nowhere, I have very sharp pain on the tip of my left shoulder that comes and goes. For those of you who experienced shoulder pain right after surgery was it like that ?

    I did actually but more a week out and it was gas pains, I'm two weeks today out and have very little pain anymore. how are you sleeping? are you sleeping in a normal position?

    Yes I'm a back/side sleeper but only my right side. I noticed through the day today that the pain comes after eating so I'm chalking it up to gas.
