Vitamins & Supplement Questions

Hi There I am Scheduled for surgery Aug . 30th and am trying to prepare for Post Op and have noticed that I am having trouble finding a good source for a good liquid multi Vitamin and supplements for post op. Where did you guys/gals buy it from ? The stuff at Vitamin Shoppe and GNC do not seem strong enough.

I plan to use the patch MD Multivitamin. I hate taking Vitamins and this is just a patch specifically made for bariatric patients. Its probably a little more money (I really have compared). People are reporting their blood tests are coming back fine.

I used Wellesse liquid vitamins, calcium, and iron. I just took a double dose of each, one dose in the morning and one in the evening. I bought mine from Amazon. I got my labs drawn regularly and they were always great.

You can wear two of the Patches at the same time.
