Dairy allergy....how to get protein?

Hi y'all!

I'm struggling with getting even a full 30mg of protein in because I can't have any dairy.

I'm paying a big price extreme hair loss, muscle loss, weakness...

Does anyone have a similar experience and/or some advice?
