  1. Looks Like I'm one of the Veterans on this topic, "Don't do it" stay away from sugar after surgery adleast first 6 months if you want the best results. Remember, you didn't do this to yourself for mediocre results, right? After my first year they took me off metfomin no more diabetes. Yeppie! so no Sugar you can do it.

  5. I am 6 months post op and have used PatchMD from the start. The Multi and B12. I just had my first blood work completed and everything was normal.   6. As long as you get a Dr's note that he requires you to take time off. Legally work must approved and keep your job for you. Be sure to give the note to HR and let them know you do not want to disclose your surgery to anyone. I took 1 month off ( my Dr approved). I signed up for short term disability.   15. Naan is bread so it expands. Your pouch after surgery is swollen for adleast 6 months Until fully heald. In addition to it has no nutritional value that's needed for post op patients so it's a waste of space. It hurts and it made me vomit. Sent from my SM-N915V using the BariatricPal App
  16. I'm not indian but I love indian food. I'm 4 months post op. Warning stay away from naan and roti it will upset your stomach It still upsets mine so does rice UHG!
