Call the Dr. But also use a heating pad or hot wet towel and lay it on your chest it opens you up a bit so the food can go down when it feels stuck. Sent from my SM-N915V using the BariatricPal App

Starting to set in... (Finally being real)
Then start with liquids but start now. And be sure to get your Protein intake. It's the Protein powder people have a hard with. So start early. I'm use to adding protein powder to Water because I started before surgery. Sent from my SM-N915V using the BariatricPal App

Starting to set in... (Finally being real)
Congratulations I would suggest if the Dr. Hasn't put you on a diet now. Start a liquid diet asap. Or incorporate shakes now so that it will be easy for you after surgery. I started replacing one meal for a Protein shake for two weeks then 2 shakes and one small meal until mt surgery. Now Protein drinks are very easy for me to take. It also may be caused by gallbladder removal. Some also have there gallbladder removed at the same time. And no gallbladder can cause dumping. I had mine removed 15 years ago so speaking from experience. And I had my sleeve surgery this Tuesday. Sent from my SM-N915V using the BariatricPal App
