What are everyones results im 8 weeks out i have stalled for about 2 weeks now sucks i work out 3-5x a week for the laat month and follow my diet Protein Water cheese yogurt chicken fish turkey egg white sw 227 cw 194

I hear ya. Everyone says embrace the stall your body will catch up but it's so frustrating and those words don't really help. For me after 2 weeks I was so upset I hired a trainer. Started on an intense workout by adding 5 lbs every week and adding 5 mins more on the elliptical every week. The scale started to move again slowly. But walking and bicycle I was told will not help you lose weight. Good luck
