Bladder Pressure because of Surgery!

Well I thought I had a UTI after surgery but he was way worse. I'm seven weeks postop and still having pressure on my bladder hoping nothing was damaged. I've had a CAT scan I've been to urologist of it not to my regular doctor and it's an ongoing process of nobody understanding what's wrong. But the pressure of my bladder didn't start until after my surgery so my surgery did cause it but what could've caused it anybody having issues like this? It's awful feeling pressure in my bladder all the time.

I had this problem when my bladder was not emptying all the way. It happened to me after bypass and I was not Catheterized. I am guessing they checked for that?

It did get better fairly quickly after.
