I had a stall once but now it's been for like 3 weeks...why? I barley eat and I drink plenty of Water. This is very discouraging..

What does it mean that you barely eat? Are you getting in all of your Protein and fluids.

Not eating enough can be as bad as eating too much.

More detail about what you are doing would better help us to offer advise.

Stalls are a normal, natural, and necessary part of the process of losing weight. If you intend to lose a significant amount of weight you will experience stalls.

What is your protein target? How much are you consuming?

Are you consuming AT LEAST 64 oz of fluids?

I am at a stall, 5 weeks out and lost 25lbs since surgery 6/30/16. Doctor informed me to get more protein and 1500 calories a day.
