Soft food stage problem

I'm in the soft food stage and notice that sometimes after I eat I feel sick, like I have flu or something. Today I ate some pureed chicken to which I added a bit of plain Greek yogurt. After I felt like I would throw up, felt really bad. It passes after about 30 minutes. Could it be what I'm eating? I'm eating slowly, small amounts. No liquids 20 minutes before or after.

@@OKCPirate is right, even at a year, the amount of food I can eat varies from day to day even things that I normally eat. I kind of know why (Water content, how much I have eaten that day and the day prior) but for the most part of is the mystery of the sleeve.

Also chicken is the hardest Protein for me to eat, fish is the easiest.

No, but my dr warned me that a high fat diet with our tiny stomachs could lead to major gallbladder issues.
