If you need extra protein, look for high protein/low carb dairy milk such as Fair Life or CarbMaster. Soy milk is another option for protein, but it is relatively high calorie and high carb (plus I don't like the taste at all but that's a very individual thing).

PS for cashew milk I use Silk brand. There is another brand (Soy Delicious?) but I tried it and thought it tasted awful! It's funny how what should be the same product can taste so different depending on the manufacturer.
