Hello , I am 25 years old. My surgery was June 29th. I was 412lbs a week before surgery and I am 382 now. It has most deff been a struggle. But I have a question, does anyone know when we are allowed fruits? I have been craving grapes. Thanks.

I Believe soft foods is week 4. I would skip the skin and just it's the meat of the fruit.
