Have you never had surgery before? It takes a good 6 weeks to heal and feel somewhat normal again. There's going to be good days and bad. Me personally felt worse at around day 3 or 4 after each sur

Lol! I literally have not had surgery before. Obviously it shows. Thank you! It's good to be reassured that it's normal!!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Hello all! I was sleeved on 7/8/16 and I have been feeling pretty darn good so far. Today though, I have went out and about a little before it got too hot outside and I'm feeling just very weak and lightheaded in general. I put myself back to bed and am making sure to keep up on my Water intake... Is it just the drastically reduced calories/carbs that my body just needs to adjust to?
I definitely know it isn't dehydration (this time) because I went yesterday for a post op IV infusion. So it's been less than 24 hours since I had that. Plus I've been doing pretty well on my water - 55 oz plus extra water to thin Protein shakes. I've been getting my 60-80g protein without issue with 3 Protein Shakes per day.
I'm sipping a v8 right now... Maybe I could use a little sodium? I don't know! I was feeling so great. Maybe I just overdid it?
