Pre surgery liquids

Hi everyone .I'm back again after surviving the first week of liquids I'm now just wondering what it was like for any of you after the surgery .

Are the ten days of thin liquids really really hard. I don't know what to expect and would appreciate any feedback you want to give me!

Hey Dorriee, I'm 7 days out and starting my second week of my all liquid diet. My first week had some ups and downs. I had a alumni picnic were i ate a hot dog and some potatoe salad. felt terrible about it. Ive done well since but found it difficult on Sunday to get back on track but i have..This is by far the hardest thing i've ever done. but my wife had it done in 2009, and has managed to keep the weight off. Her goal was 80 Ilbs and shes gained 10 back but has rededicated herself and were gonna do it together. I've still managed to lose 11 Ilbs. This is a life style issue for us and we arer determined to be successful.
