FOOD SUGGESTIONS

I was sleeved 6/29 and I'm not starving but I do feel physically hungry. My surgeon still has me on full liquids but nothing seems to be curving the hungry. It seems as though 90% of what I'm allowed to have is sweet and I don't do sweets like that. I'm Soup and broth'd out, any other suggestions on what I can eat?? The Protein shakes are disgusting to me and the consistency makes me want to puke, LOL.

I have the same issue. Surgery 06/30. Liquids has been pretty unpleasant. I have been trying different cream based Soups so I don't go nuts....but that can be tricky too because my stomach doesn't tolerate all cream based soups the same. 3 days til purée.

Try taking fat free refried beans and thinning it out to a soup like consistency with beef or chicken broth and add a little taco seasoning. It really helped me.
