  3. I was sleeves 6.12.16. PMS hunger is real. I'm battling it right now. I'm not craving anything. Just hungry ans can't get satisfied. I have increased the Protein and have stuck with the plan. But this is the first time I have felt like I had to "diet" to keep from going off the deep end and over eating Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  4. I am pleased with everything up to this point. I'm losing just over 4 lbs a week. Following the plan to the T. I workout an hour 4-6 days a week. I was sleeved 6.21.16 Before surgery the week before I started my period I could eat a horse!! Well this week I have felt the same. I will start next week and this week has been rough!! I "feel" hungry all the time. Not craving anything. Just hunger. I'm thinking it has something to do with PMS. I just dnt stay satisfied for long. I have eaten more Protein and kept myself from snacking. But if this is going to be the normal I will be very sad. I have felt like I have been on a strict diet this week. Has anyone experienced this Will this get better as time goes Any suggestions Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  17. We had surgery the same day. 22 days ago. Seems like a lifetime!! I have lost 16 lbs since surgery. I was disappointed in the scales. They became my nemesis. So I decided to measure myself. I have lost 13-1/2" since surgery!! Talk about a pick me up. I'm doing Water aerobics. I'm fighting head hunger. It's a chore getting in liquids Proteins and Vitamins. Whoever said this is the easy way out needs to be slapped. You need to read the book Emotional first aid kit. It's designed for bariatric pts. Please hang in there. Regroup. Get your heart and head back in the game. Lean on your support group. You can overcome the food demons and achieve your goals!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
