good luck

I use dr axe Collegen powder everyday and I'm 7 mos out, 110 down. If you want whey I recommend "naked whey" and finally the healthiest I found, "Phood," which is plant based, real food protein powder.

Premier Protein shakes for convenience

Bariatric Advantage shake mix (cause I bought a ton at doctors and it is not terrible)

Isopure unflavored - Water, broth, etc

Trying to prepare as much as possible. Sugery day will be here before i know it. What protien shakes/drinks did you use post op for the liquid phases?

GNC Lean 25

Syntrax nectar

ProtiDiet tomato basil and creamy chicken Soup

Be sure and get samples before you invest in bulk quantities and keep in mind that your tastes may change.

Isopure drinks, body fortress Protein powder shakes, lots of homemade bone broth with unflavored Protein Powder added, egg drop soup from local Chinese joint (OK maybe I cheated a little bit)
