  15. Thank you so much, everyone! I do three small meals a day with one Fiber one snack (on occasion) . I don't eat any bread or fried foods. I only drink Water, skim milk and decaf coffee. I try to watch my fat grams in everything I eat. I was a huge soda drinker before and I haven't had a soda (or caffeine) in 4 months. I definitely think that helped jump start my weight loss. I eat lots of turkey, grilled chicken and fish, veggies, cheese, Beans etc. I feel like a new person and I am regaining happiness that I lost years ago. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  16. Hey guys! Just wanted to share an update. I'm a few days past my 3 month mark and I'm down 63 pounds! This journey has been a struggle but so worth it. Good luck to everyone! (First pic was leaving the hospital after surgery) Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  17. I have PCOS. I'm 6 weeks out and down for a total of 40 pounds. I lost 10 during the pre op diet (my pre op diet was all liquids) and 30 from surgery so far. I couldn't lose but a pound or two on my own before the surgery. So glad I did it! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  18. Premier Protein and I bought different flavors of crystal light for my Water so I didn't get bored with just plain water. Good luck! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  19. I took pain meds only for the first couple days. My worst thing was nausea/vomiting. It was terrible. I still have super bad gas pains but they are getting less and less everyday. They are mainly super bad when I lay down at night. I can drink a decent amount of Water in a short amount of time without any problems. I'm one week post op and 25 pounds down! I lost about 12 pounds during my pre op diet which definitely helped me get ready for my liquid phase after surgery. I'm excited for the months to come! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  20. Yes I feel the same way! Some days I thought I was going to starve to death but I realized it was just a mental thing. I moved to full liquids today for the next week and I am so glad! Going through this process, you want to eat like everything you see but you can't! It's slowly getting better. Good luck to you!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
