  16. Maybe since he didn't mess with it, it was that bad. When I had my surgery. He did my sleeve and repaired a hernia that I never knew I even had and he also removed some fat from behind my left breast plate as he felt it would cause a lot of acid reflux and issues for me. Other than that it went great . I'm sure if he has any concern he will let you know. I'm sure he will monitor it! Congrats on surgery and your transformation! Can't wait to see what you do(: Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  22. Wow congrats on the weight loss...my first week appointment is Thursday so I can't wait to see how much I've lost. I won't know when I start the purees until I see the doctor but girl that has not kept me from looking at some puree recipes . Have you been light headed at all? Or started all your Vitamins? Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App Thank you! My first week appointment is Thursday too! And noo I feel you, I have found so many recipes that I'm ready to try and share! Actually I have had to force myself to eat. I have not felt hungry at all or lightheaded . I can't lie it's been hard being in a household with a mom who is a chef and always cooking and I can't try her stuff lol. The only vitamins I have been on so far are Iron, Vitamin D and B12 since I needed those prior to surgery for being anemic . I should know more about vitamins on Thursday ! I'm excited to hear and update from you . Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  24. I totally feel your pain girl! I was sleeved on 7/5. I'm on Clear liquids only for two weeks . And then full liquids . I won't be on purees until 8/2 . I'm so excited for our journeys and how we do! We are now sleeve sisters! I'm down 17.4 pounds since surgery last Tuesday which I can't lie startled me at first because I didn't think it would be so rapid. I was so scared to cough the first day because everything was so sensitive but I noticed that applying pressure with a pillow and heating pad or ice pack made it soooo much better! You should definitely try it ! I hope you stay active on here , I'll enjoy seeing your transformation. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  25. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal AppCongrats! Glad you are doing so well! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Thank you! I finally had my first spell of nausea. But that's so small compared to how great everything else has been! They pushed up my protein intake to 60-80g so I'm working on hitting that. Other than that everything else has been awesome. I'm kind of ready to go back to work but my surgeon wants at least most of my pain to be gone . So hopefully I get to go back Wednesday . I have been walking up to a mile everyday for the past 3 days. I'm down 17.4 pounds since surgery . HW:375 DOS:356 CW:339.2 . So excited for my first beach trip in December .
