Starting phase II diet

I'm still getting uses to the diet i'm hoping this app helps. My surgery was on June 28 and the only problem i seem to have was that my blood pressure was 179 over 98 it scared everybody so they put on blood pressure medicine while in the hospital and out of the hospital my follow up appointment it was 91 over 78 so they to me off the blood pressure medicine it was the only weird thing that happen with that surgery. The VA in pittsburg were awesome i praise them highly thank you for taking care of me.
