Pre-op Liquid Diet weight loss

How much did you lose during the pre-op liquid diet? My surgeon only requires one day before surgery to do the liquid diet but I'm considering on doing it more if I can lose 10-15lbs?

    Some loose a lot, but I've only lost 4 lbs in the 7 days I've been on liquids of 800 calories or less. I think I actually did better when I was replacing 2 meals with a shake and eating a normal balanced meal. Around 1200 calories.

    I had a 2 week liquid diet. 5 shakes a day plus 1 of each (light yogurt,unflavored applesauce,1/2 cup cooked veggies,sf Jello, & sf pudding)

    My 2 week liver-defatting diet was more lenient than others' on here: it consisted of 5-6 shakes and up to 2 cups of green veg every day. I had a few slip ups but lost 6 lbs. On surgery day my liver had shrunk sufficiently and surgery was 'textbook' according to my doctor.
