So I'm supposed to have surgery sometime in November and my Dr. Told me I needed to lose 25lbs before July 20th, 2016.. So far I have lost 11 lbs.. which means I have 20 more days to lose 14lbs I been exercising every morning and eating right! Does anyone have any extra tips on how how I can lose this weight fast???

You may have to do a protein shake / liquid diet to lose that much. How long did it take to lose 11 lbs?

Try no carb - high protein diet. You may want to do a meal replacement shake at least one meal. That's a good start!!

OK I will try that thank u!!! Well they said my insurance is requiring me to lose 10% of my weight that's why they are giving me til the July 25th because they said it will take the insurance 1 month to respond after that..
