Not sleeping

Has anyone had trouble sleeping after surgery? I can't sleep.. Like at all.. If I get an hour it's a miracle.. If you had this issue, can you give me tips on what has helped?

Thanks ya'll! At first it was because I was on pain, but now it's like I'm very restless..
