Help in a Stall

I'm about 3 weeks post op and I don't see a lose for about almost 1 week 1/2 . I haven't lost much ...my SW was 229 and CW is 213. I figured I would be losing more especially since I'm in the beginning.....any advice...maybe I'm wanting to rush.

It sounds like you are in the infamous 3 week stall. It is very, very common and it will pass.

I lost 30 lbs the 1st 3 weeks after my sleeve and I Haven't lost a lb in the next 3 1/2 weeks. I am horrified but I am told that it will pass too. It certainly is discouraging since I'm not eating very much at all. I have Spinal Stenosis which makes walking difficult and so I'm not exercising at this point. I am also not getting enough water either. Good luck, Bigelowrock
