@@tanyarahmes - I prefer my Water at room temp, so I had 64oz bottle and used shot glasses to help me to sip constantly because I was so used to chugging I wasn't drinking enough because I was concern

Ok today makes day 7 post-op and I am still retaining a lot of Water in my ankles and lower legs and my stomach is still swollen. Question is this normal should I be losing any thing yet I weigh more now than before surgery I know it's water but still I am ready to see the scale move down after what I have been through.
