Hey all,
I"m on post op day 13 and I feel like I have the only Doctor that makes us do a 4 week post op liquid diet. Every video I see people start puree after two weeks. So here I am still sucking down broth, juice, and my nasty Protein shakes that I can barely stomach. Any suggestions you all have to spruce up my diet to help get through my last two weeks. Also, Protein Shakes are killing me. I have tried different ones and hate them all. Currently, suggestions on how to get all my protein in. I can only get in each day about 50 g
