Low Iron/Anemia

Hi everyone I'm already 3 months post up. I was 237 lbs preop and now weight 293. Success in process!!! Although I have lost significantly slow.

However, I was diagnosed with low Iron levels. I was told to but a specific Iron supplement over the counter. Since I started taking Iron I have noticed a significant change in my appetite anything from Water to food will give me nausea and disgust once it hits my stomach....This made me go back to Protein shakes to complete my protein intake... Any advise

It is important to separate the Iron supplement from the Calcium supplements time wise. I was low on iron. I figured the calcium in the milk might be interfering with the iron, so I moved my iron to the end of the day just before bedtime.
