It's starting to get real!

Had my second appt today. Met with the psych and nutritionist. It went really well and I was just 100% honest about everything. At the end my psych said I was very delightful! ????

They had to do a "huddle" afterwards and said I would hear from them today.

Just got off the phone and have all my classes and nutrition classes scheduled. So we are looking at Sept or Oct for a surgery date!!

Anyone else having surgery around that time?

I am on my 3rd appt with Kaiser, I have one more psych appt, then I can have an appt with the case manager who will schedule my surgery date. I was required to take the orientation class beforehand, so my surgery date should be somewhere near yours in Sept. My psych appt was an eye opener on how difficult this joirney will be though. But I know how badly I need this.
