TMI about BM's (I like acronyms)

I'm 5 weeks post op and I don't have a BM too often. However, I found when I do, I get SO sick. Chills, stomach cramps, nausea... But it goes away when I'm done. Anyone else experience this?

Also in the same vein, can we take a Fiber supplement since I'm not cleared for eating veggies yet?
