Hurts to drink

Hi all! Sleeved on weds June 8. I was doing really great then had a set back mid week this week. I think I was forcing myself to try to meet all my goals too soon. I was feeling extremely bloated and gassy, despite having decent BMs. I was really uncomfortable, plus the night before, I moved an odd way and hurt the ab muscle right under my left breast. So I called my nurse and she told me to take it easy with the food, and for the next 24 hrs focus on water/protein. So I did, and the bloating went down. However, it's been 48 hours now and I'm still nursing liquids. I have a decent amount of pain just sipping Water. What do you guys think?

I'm now out of town for the weekend for Father's Day, and my 2 week post of is Thursday. I'm worried about the pain, and getting dehydrated.

I think I'd call them back. it's tough that you may need medical care on the holiday weekend, but your health is important
