Excess Skin

Hello all!

So I have lost 58kg so far, high fives to meam getting concerned about my skin now especially around my lower stomach. Been told I am at the verge/border line of it being to far gone to fix. I am seeing a personal trainer who thinks building muscle is the answer. But the thing is she reckons I already have fantastic muscle definition so really how buff do I need to get. I want a feminin figure. So I am doing my own research alongside exercise. But would love to hear about what has actually worked for other people, there are so many gimmicks and theories out there.

Thanks guys.

After trying many different things and consulting several doctors about laser procedures, etc, it all came around to the same answer-tummy tuck. After 2 years of struggling with the excess skin which created a nasty, flapping pouch, I went ahead with the surgery. The results are amazing. It completely transformed the way my clothing fit, my self image improved, and it helped me to stay on track with my weight loss. Although I wish there had been a less invasive way, for me, it was the only way. I hope someone else can give you other options.
