Last 20 lbs

I passed my original goal but that still leaves me over weight, so decided to loose another 20 lbs. wow ! These last 20 lbs are going to go very slow. I'm 11 in a half months out and weight is very slow coming off. Just like to ask the vet how long it took to pull off the last 20 lbs. I know everyone is different and I'm not comparing myself. Just like to have a idea. Thanks everyone !

Well I may not be a great example, but at about 11 months out ,I had only lost 4 pounds in 6 weeks, then all of a sudden I dropped 10 pounds in 14 days! No explanation. Seriously.... So fingers crossed for you that the "magic" happens for you too! Now I am trying to figure out how to stop losing and I NEVER thought I would say that!

Congrats!! Great work!!
